Still spending your time focussing on day-to-day tasks?
For entrepreneurs, the list of tasks is never ending. Having systems and processes in your business is needed now more than ever. That’s why we use project management tools like Asana and Trello to keep your business and projects on task.
Whether you’re managing a small team or an enterprise-level department, Asana is the project management tool we trust to automate the big things and keep the rest of us in line and on task. Let us show you the power of true organizational freedom.
Your business needs order to grow. Give it what it's been craving.
Imagine if scientists and researchers never wrote down any of their findings. They’d go back to attempt the previously unsuccessful experiment only to start from scratch and fail (again). They would never have seen the error in their ways and who’s to know where we’d be today. Systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are a necessity in today’s business climate. Here’s the thing, we’re not talking about bulky training manuals and doc. files tucked away where no one will ever read them again.
We exist to make this easier and that includes the processes and procedures you and your team work through each and every day. The best part is we automate many of the mundane tasks so that your business can not only run smoother but also grow better. We don’t just write it down, we automate it.
All Aboard! "No customer left behind"—that's our motto.
Typically, business owners wonder when the customer experience starts. We believe that a better question to ask is “where does it end”? After the sale has closed, does your customer fumble clumsily through a mountain of paperwork and admin before getting started? What if there was a way to ease the pain of onboarding by building out a predictable method for collecting, storing, and qualifying your customers?
We’ve done exactly that. Your customer has trusted you enough to say “yes” to moving forward and working with your team. Don’t drop the ball now! Make the process of intake and onboarding simple and straight forward so that you can both get to the good stuff.
"If it's not written, it's not real."—Unknown
Part of the intake process involves something that, if we’re being honest, none of us really like all that much but is crucial for securing long-lasting, profitable and transparent relationships. We’re talking about the paperwork, of course. Specifically, the contracts and agreements.
Tell us if this sounds familiar. You send a contract to a client’s email. After about four days, they open it, skim through it and file it away in their inbox. You send them three additional emails asking if they’ve seen the contract yet and have “had a chance to review it”. You, of course, offer them to chance to “ask any questions they may have.”
They don’t. In fact, they never even write back. Instead, they send you three unrelated emails about when you’ll be getting started.
If they do read it and have questions, the chances of them actually printing it off, signing it, scanning it back to their computer and emailing it back to you are slim. Before long, and at the risk of losing your new client, you proceed with the work with no contract or agreement at all between the two of you.
Well, we’re putting an end to this by setting up your own automated system for sending and receiving signatures that connects right to your CRM. You can see when and how many times a client has opened the document and this ultimately, makes it easier for them to sign. That’s what we call a win-win!
1. Discovery Call
First, we’ll get to know each other. We’ll set up a call , so we can better understand the current state of your marketing, and the unique outcomes you’re trying to achieve.
2. Research & Planning
After speaking with you, your team, and key stakeholders, we’ll get to work planning and organizing our thoughts to create a plan we’ll both love.
3. Strategy Delivery
This is the real moment of truth, where you tell us if we’ve listened and delivered what you’ve asked for. Our Brand Blueprint is the roadmap that makes it all work. Once we get this right, we can get to work.
4. Execution & Implementation
Now we can finally get to work setting up and implementing all the things we said we would. This is where you see your project start to take shape as we start to build and create.
We get it, you’ve worked hard to get your company to the place it is and we want to respect that. We’ll do our best to integrate with your business systems and team but not fully disrupt it.
In the spirit of true candidness, butterflies only become as beautiful as they are because they change everything about themselves and wrap their little caterpillar bodies up in cocoons for weeks on end, waiting and experiencing change.
Without disruption, what are we really doing? What’s the point? We’re here to help you change for the better. We promise we’ll take it slow.
Asana is our project management tool of choice. Sure, there are 100s of tools out there and after trying and using a good chunk of them, Asana is the one project management tool that keeps our team and our client’s teams on track and accountable. The platform is the most flexible we’ve seen and their development team is second to none and never stops improving the platform to make it easier for its customers to use.
Simply put, client onboarding is when your client finally agrees to “go steady” with you and you take them on several dates, getting to know each other. Over these dates, you get to know how each of you think, what is important to the other person, and how the two of you will work together. In business, it’s no different. Guiding them through your systems, platform, introducing them to your team and what their experience will look like is part of delivering a great user experience of every new customer.
We don’t take our partnership lightly. In the first few weeks, we’ll work to become fully integrated with your team. We’ll make sure we connect with the appropriate people so that we can keep things moving. This frees you up to be the effective leader you were born to be, not the bottleneck.
Thinking about your new customer past the point of sale is the new way to grow. Don’t drop the ball at the last minute making it all about you.
Perform on Purpose
Having predictable systems that extend beyond sales and marketing are what will set you apart. It’s the difference between brand advocates and assassins.
